Fontina, pancetta and sage chicken

These tasty chicken pockets are filled with melting cheese, chopped sage and pancetta.

1.Slit a pocket in one side of each fillet but do not cut all the way through. Divide cheese, pancetta and chopped sage among pockets; secure with toothpicks. Brush chicken with combined oil and garlic.
2.Cook chicken, both sides, on heated oiled grill plate, about 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove toothpicks before serving.
3.Cook whole sage leaves on same oiled grill plate until golden brown. Serve chicken topped with sage leaves.
