Method

1.Pat fish dry, inside and out, with absorbent paper. Combine juice, paprika, ground cumin, garlic and half the oil in large bowl; add fish, turn to coat in spice mixture.
2.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, dry-fry cumin seeds, ground coriander and turmeric in medium saucepan over heat until fragrant. Add remaining oil and chickpeas to pan, then stock and chilli; cook, stirring, until hot. Remove from heat; stir in tomato and coriander leaves.
4.Serve fish with spiced chickpeas.

We used whiting in this recipe. This recipe goes well with low-fat natural yoghurt and lemon wedges.
