Method

1.Make coriander chilli sauce, blend or process onion, garlic, chilli, coriander and sugar until finely chopped. Add sauce and juice, blend until combined.
2.Sprinkle one side of each fish cutlet with seeds, cook cutlets on heated oiled grill plate until just cooked.
3.Serve cutlets with sauce.
