1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
2.Meanwhile, cook prosciutto in heated oiled large frying pan until crisp. Drain on absorbent paper, chop coarsely.
3.Combine crème fraîche and chutney in large bowl, then add pasta, prosciutto and remaining ingredients, toss gently to combine.
