Method

1.Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat; stir-fry chicken for about 2-3 minutes, or until it changes colour.
2.Add capsicum, mushrooms and garlic; stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender.
3.Add onion, sauces and sesame oil; stir-fry for about 5-10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat; stir in sprouts and noodles.
4.Divide lettuce leaves among serving plates. Spoon chicken mixture into leaves; sprinkle each with sliced onion.
