Method

1.Separate cauliflower into pieces. Boil, steam or microwave cauliflower until almost tender; drain, pat dry.
2.Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook garlic, pine nuts and chilli, stirring, over low heat until fragrant and nuts are browned lightly.
3.Add cauliflower; cook, stirring, until well coated with oil mixture.
4.Add parsley; stir until combined.
