Beef steaks with mushroom sauce

Method

1.Cook beef in heated oiled large frying pan until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Cover to keep warm.
2.Cook mushrooms in heated pan until soft, add cream and mustard; cook, stirring, over low heat, about 2 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
3.Drizzle beef with mushroom sauce.

Serving suggestion: oven-baked shoestring chips. You can substitute the button mushrooms with swiss brown or fresh shiitake mushrooms for a more complex flavour.
