Method

1.Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar and olive oil in large bowl; add 8 lamb cutlets, turn to coat in mixture, stand 10 minutes.
2.Drain cutlets; cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill plate) until cooked as desired.
