American crab cakes

These crispy crab cakes are delicious served with aioli and a green salad.

1.Combine crab, egg, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, fresh breadcrumbs, sauce, parsley and paprika in medium bowl. Shape mixture into four patties; coat in packaged breadcrumbs.
2.Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook patties until browned both sides and cooked through.

The crab cakes will hold together a little better if you have time to refrigerate the patties for 1 hour prior to cooking.
