1.Line 10cm x 21cm loaf pan with plastic wrap,extending plastic 6cm over long sides.
2.In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks, sugar and 2 tablespoons of the honey with an electric mixer until pale and doubled in volume. Stir in flour and seeds; fold in whipped cream.
3.Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until firm peaks form. Fold one-third egg white through egg yolk mixture, then remaining egg whites. Spoon mixture into pan; cover surface with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm.
4.Serve semi-freddo sliced and topped with banana; drizzle with remaining honey.
