Method

1.Toast coconut in a heated grill pan until browned lightly.
2.Halve a small pineapple lengthways. Peel and core one half, then cut lengthways into 12 pieces (reserve remaining half for another use). Brown pineapple both sides in heated grill pan.
3.Top with combined liqueur and passionfruit pulp. Serve sprinkled with coconut.
