Method
1.Drizzle Ice Magic around inside of glass; place glass upright in freezer for 5 minutes to set.
2.Meanwhile, combine ice, vodka, Baileys, Kahlua and cream in jug of a blender; blend on high speed briefly.
3.Add ice cream; blend on low speed until just combined, pour into glass.
4.Use a 400ml fountain glass.
5.Garnish with a straw
