1.Carefully cut tops from chocolate eggs; discard tops.
2.To make praline, place nuts on baking paper lined oven tray. Combine sugar and the water in small saucepan; stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil; boil, uncovered, until toffee is golden brown. Pour toffee over nuts; leave to set at room temperature. Break praline into pieces; process until chopped finely.
3.Stir chocolate and cream in small heatproof bowl over small saucepan of simmering water until smooth; cool. Stir praline into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until spreadable.
4.Place chocolate eggs, cut-side up, in egg cups. Spoon chocolate praline mixture into eggs.

We used Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs available in most supermarkets.
