Macadamia and cranberry slice

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine flour, cranberries and macadamia nuts. Stir in butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Spoon into pan and smooth surface.
3.Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked when tested. Cool in pan. Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares. Keep sealed in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Top with sliced strawberries or any other fruit of your choice.
