1.Stir cream, butter and sugar in small saucepan, over medium heat, until smooth. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, beat extra cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3.Divide half of the sauce among four serving dishes, top with ice-cream, cream, banana, remaining sauce and nuts.

Bananas are a good source of the minerals potassium, which helps our brains function properly, and phosphorous, essential for good health. They are also a great source of easy-to-digest fibre. Don’t peel or cut the bananas until you’re just ready to assemble this dessert because they’ll turn brown quickly.
