Method

1.Stir cream and coffee in small saucepan over medium heat, without boiling, until hot. Remove from heat; add chocolate, whisk until smooth. Stir in liqueur.
2.Transfer sauce to small bowl; cover, refrigerate about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally

Works well with pancakes, over waffles or as a fondue.
