Method

1.Whisk caramel and ¼ cup of the cream insmall saucepan over low heat until smooth.
2.Beat remaining cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3.Peel then cut bananas in half lengthways, place in serving dishes. Top bananas with ice-cream and whipped cream; drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
4.Serve banana split with almond bread.

Caramel top `n’ fill is a delicious caramel made from milk and cane sugar. Use it straight from the can for slices, tarts and cheesecakes.
