1.Preheat oven grill to medium.
2.Place bananas, cut-sides up, on an oven tray; sprinkle with sugar.
3.Grill bananas for about 3 minutes, or until sugar melts.
4.Meanwhile, add chocolate and 2 tablespoons cream to a small metal bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water (make sure the water does not touch the bowl), stir for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
5.Using an electric mixer, beat cup of cream and rum in a small bowl until soft peaks form.
6.Place 2 banana halves in each dish; top with a scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice-cream.
7.Top each dish with whipped cream; drizzle with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Serve immediately.
