1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.Combine mince, paste, onion and one egg in medium bowl; shape mixture into eight patties.
3.Combine ricotta, basil and remaining egg in another medium bowl.
4.Place four wrappers, in single layer, in shallow baking dish; top each with a pattie. Divide half the ricotta mixture among patties; sprinkle with half the pizza cheese, top with a wrapper; repeat layering ending with a wrapper.
5.Pour sauce over stacks; cook about 50 minutes or until stacks are cooked through and set. Serve with crusty Italian bread and a green salad, if desired.
