1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease oven tray; line with baking paper.
2.Cut one pastry sheet in half crossways; brush one half with butter, place unbuttered half on top. Repeat process with remaining sheets. You will have four pastry stacks.
3.Centre a quarter of the cheese on each pastry stack then sprinkle each with a quarter of the combined sugar, nuts and chocolate. Fold ends of pastry towards the centre; roll from one side to enclose filling. Place parcels, seam-side down, on tray.
4.Bake parcels about 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Serve drizzled with honey.
