Method

1.Preheat oven to 230°C (210°C fan-forced).
2.Place pizza bases on oven trays; top with tomato, artichoke, prosciutto, olives and bocconcini, sprinkle with parmesan.
3.Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until topping is heated through and bases are crisp.

We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe.
