Oysters with bacon butter

Oysters are an amazingly versatile seafood. They are delicious topped with a little squeeze of lemon juice, or with melted cheese, or with Asian style dressing. Here, we've topped them with a robustly flavoured bacon butter.

1.Cook bacon on heated oiled flat plate, stirring, until crisp; drain on absorbent paper, cool.
2.Beat butter in small bowl until smooth; stir in sauces and parsley. Stir cooled bacon into butter mixture.
3.Place a heaped teaspoon of bacon butter onto each oyster; cook on heated grill plate until butter is melted.
