1.Preheat oven to 120ºC (100ºC fan-forced). Grease and line 2 oven trays.
2.In a small, clean bowl, beat egg-whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until it dissolves and foam is stiff and glossy. Fold in cocoa.
3.Spoon level tablespoonfuls of mixture onto trays to form 24 nests. Sprinkle with coconut.
4.Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool in turned-off oven, with the door ajar, to fully dry out.
5.To serve, spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of cream into each pavlova nest. Top with Easter eggs.

Pavlova nests can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container. Fill with cream just before serving.
