Method

1.Place pork in large shallow glass dish, pour over combined sauces, turn pork to coat in marinade. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Preheat oven to moderately hot 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
3.Remove pork from marinade and reserve marinade. Place pork, in a single layer, on wire rack over baking dish (you might need two dishes).
4.Cook pork uncovered for 20 minutes. Brush pork with reserved marinade and cook further 20 minutes or until cooked through.

A slab of American-style pork spareribs will consist of between 7 and 10 ribs each. After the meat is cooked, separate the ribs with a knife then eat them in your hands.
