Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
2.Toss chicken in flour; shake away excess flour. Coat chicken in egg whites, then in combined breadcrumbs, corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper. Cover; refrigerate 10 minutes.
3.Place chicken in single layer on oven tray; bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until cooked through.
