Ice-cream sundaes



Butter cream (1 quantity)



1.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°fan forced). Grease four holes of the muffin pan.
2.Make cake according to directions on packet. Drop heaped tablespoons of mixture into greased pan holes, bake about 20 minutes. Stand cakes in pan 5 minutes, turn, top-side up, onto wire rack to cool.
3.Trim tops and sides of cakes to make dome shapes.
4.Divide butter cream equally into four small bowls. Decorate each cake with a different topping

7.Choc nut Spread a cake with plain butter cream, place in waffle basket. Drizzle cake with chocolate, sprinkle with nuts.
8.Soft-serve Place a cake in centre of waffle basket. Spoon butter cream into piping bag, pipe all over cake. Top with Jaffa.
