Method

1.Grease two oven trays, line with baking paper.
2.Combine biscuit ingredients in small bowl. Spoon mixture into piping bag fitted with 1cm-fluted tube, pipe shapes onto trays. Stand, uncovered, overnight to dry.
3.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
4.Bake biscuits about 5 minutes or until browned lightly.
5.Meanwhile, make glaze. Stir ingredients in small jug until sugar and gelatine dissolve.
6.Cool biscuits 1 minute on trays, transfer to wire rack. Brush hot biscuits with hot glaze, cool.
