Garlic and chilli prawns

There's nothing yummier than wiping up the last juices from garlic and chilli prawn with a slice of fresh, crusty bread.

1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.
2.Stir oil, wine, juice, garlic and chilli in a large flameproof baking dish over low heat 5 minutes or until fragrant. Cool 15 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
4.Add prawns to oil mixture; mix well. Transfer to oven; cook 10 minutes or until prawns change colour. Season to taste.
5.Spoon prawn mixture into shallow bowls; sprinkle with parsley.
