1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Combine beef, crumbled fetta cheese and chopped roasted pine nuts in large bowl; season.
2.Place 2 sheets puff pastry on board. Spread mince mixture evenly over pastry sheets, leaving a 5cm border on one edge. Starting with border facing away from you, roll up tightly to form a pinwheel. Using a serrated knife, trim and discard ends.
3.Slice each roll into 12 pinwheels. Place pinwheels on baking-paper- lined oven trays. Bake 25 minutes or until browned. Serve with tomato relish if you like.
