1.Preheat oven to 220°C (180°C fan-forced).
2.Place chips, in single layer, on oiled oven tray; bake about 30 minutes or until crisp.
3.Meanwhile, dip chicken in egg, then in dukkah to coat. Place chicken on oiled wire rack over large baking dish; bake, uncovered, alongside chips, about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4.Combine mayonnaise and sauce. Slice chicken thickly, serve with chips and mayonnaise.
