1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease 20cm x 30cm rectangular pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over sides.
2.Combine muesli, sifted flour, fruit and sugar in large bowl.
3.Combine butter and honey in small saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Stir butter mixture and eggs into muesli mixture until combined. Spread mixture into pan; bake about 25 minutes. Cool slice in pan.
4.Meanwhile, make pink icing. Combine sifted icing sugar, the water and oil in small bowl; tint icing pink. Drizzle icing over slice before cutting.
