1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.Process flours, spices and butter until combined. Add juice and enough of the water to make ingredients cling together.
3.Roll dough on floured surface to 3mm thick; cut into triangles. Place on oiled oven trays. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with salt.
4.Bake about 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool on wire racks.
Crisps can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.Note
