Choc-peanut butter banana turnovers

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.Combine banana, peanut butter and chocolate in medium bowl.
3.Cut 12 x 10cm (4-inch) rounds from pastry; place 1 level tablespoon banana mixture in centre of each round. Brush pastry edges with a little egg; fold in half to enclose filling, pinch edges to seal.
4.Place pastries on tray; brush with remaining egg, sprinkle with sugar.
5.Bake turnovers about 20 minutes.
