1.Cut six 8cm rounds from pizza base. Place tomato in large ovenproof dish or tray, bake, uncovered, in very hot oven about 20 minutes or until softened.
2.Meanwhile, cook onion, garlic and two-thirds of the rosemary in large, oiled, heavy-base saucepan, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until onion is caramelised. (Can be made 1 day ahead to this stage and refrigerated, covered).
3.Spread pizza base rounds with paste, top with onion mixture and tomato. Sprinkle with salt and remaining rosemary.
4.Bake, uncovered, in hot oven about 15 minutes or until browned and heated through.
