1.Preheat grill.
2.Place tomatoes, cut-side up, on grill tray; drizzle with oil. Place under grill about 10 minutes or until soft and browned lightly; cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain; return pasta to pan.
4.Add blue cheese, cream cheese, half the parmesan and spinach to hot pasta; toss until well combined.
5.Place pasta mixture in shallow 2.5-litre (10-cup) ovenproof dish; sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Cook under grill until top is golden-brown. Serve with tomatoes.
