For the perfect brownie, we dug deep into the archives and retested a number of our classic recipes. We combined all our favourite elements to create a ‘super’ brownie, with fudginess, sweetness and the signature shiny top.

For an intense chocolate taste use 70% dark chocolate; for a slightly less intense chocolate taste use 45% dark chocolate. Brownies are best served at room temperature.
