1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Grease four deep-sided 9.5cm (4-inch) ovenproof dishes; place on oven tray.
2.Combine butter, ground almonds, egg whites, icing sugar and flour in medium bowl until just mixed together.
3.Divide extra butter among dishes; sprinkle evenly with light brown sugar. Divide banana slices then pudding mixture equally among dishes.
4.Bake puddings about 15 minutes or until browned lightly. Stand puddings 2 minutes; turn onto serving plates.
5.Serve with scoops of vanilla ice-cream.
