1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
2.Core unpeeled apples about three-quarters of the way down from the stem end, making hole 4cm (1½ inches) in diameter. Use a small sharp knife to score around centre of each apple.
3.Combine nuts and dried fruit in small bowl; pack filling firmly into apples. Place apples in small baking dish. Bake, uncovered, about 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
4.Meanwhile, to make spiced yoghurt, combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl.
5.Serve apples drizzled with spiced yoghurt.
