Anchovy and parmesan sticks

These tasty sticks are a perfect finger food, starter or nibble to serve with a glass of wine.

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease oven tray; line with baking paper.
2.Combine anchovy, garlic, nuts, parsley and chilli to taste in small bowl.
3.Cut pastry sheet in half; brush each half lightly with egg yolk. Spread anchovy mixture over one pastry half; sprinkle with parmesan. Top with remaining pastry and press down firmly. Place pastry on oven tray; freeze 15 minutes or until firm enough to cut.
4.Using a sharp knife, cut pastry crossways into 5mm strips. Place pastry sticks 3cm apart on prepared tray. Bake about 15 minutes or until browned. Cool on tray.
