1.Preheat oven to 220°C.
2.Place six large pieces of foil on the bench. Divide potato, garlic, oregano and butter between foil pieces; season. Fold foil to completely enclose vegetables.
3.Roast parcels about 25 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Serve with lemon wedges.
