1.Preheat oven to 170°C (150°C fan forced). Grease 20cm x 30cm (8-inch x 12-inch) rectangular pan, line base and long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm (2 inches) over sides.
2.Combine butter, sugar and honey in small saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth.
3.Lightly crush 4 cups of the corn flakes in large bowl. Stir in sifted flour and butter mixture. Spread mixture into pan, smooth surface. Sprinkle over remaining corn flakes.
4.Bake about 15 minutes. Cool slice in pan 10 minutes before cutting.
